Colossus: Dressed in his red and yellow costume, Colossus is depicted in his silver-hued organic metal state. He was introduced in Giant-Size X-Men #1 as part of a group of reinforcements rallied by Xavier to rescue the original members from Krakoa: The Island That Walks Like A Man. Colossus’ mutant ability enables him to transform his entire body into living metal, which provides invulnerability against most attacks, physical or even supernatural, and drastically heightens his strength and endurance.

Juggernaut: The Juggernaut is dressed in his distinctive armor and helmet, complete with massive knuckle-dusters. Virtually unstoppable, requiring neither sustenance nor oxygen, the Juggernaut is impervious to most physical attacks. The Juggernaut’s abilities originated with an outer-dimensional power source, the conduit of which resided in mystical artifacts. His primary weakness rests within his vulnerability to telepathic assaults, against which his distinctive, domed, nearly unmovable helmet is intended as a safeguard.

Spider-Man Unlimited: Bitten by a radioactive super-spider, the mainstream Spider-Man possesses enhanced strength, speed and reflexes, and a precognitive spider-sense that allows him to detect the presence of any non-Symbiote adversary. Unlimited Spider-Man is also bitten by a super-spider, and additionally wears a modified costume, utilizing Reed Richards’ nanotechnology, which provides him (Spider-Man) with stealth capability and sonic weaponry.

Kraven: Wearing outlandish lion’s mane attire, Kraven is equipped with a knife and a sphere. Renowned as the greatest hunter in the world, Kraven attempts to hunt Spider-Man and, ultimately failing, becomes a founding member of the Sinister Six, battling Spider-Man with the assistance of wildcats. Kraven initially prefers to attack his prey with bare hands, although in the case of Spider-Man he consumes a mystic potion made from unspecified jungle herbs which heightens his strength, speed, reflexes and stamina.

New Incredible Hulk!: Hounded by the military, Bruce Banner resurfaces as an anonymous employee of a bottling factory in Rio de Janeiro. However, a tiny drop of his blood taints an outgoing bottle, enabling Thunderbolt Ross to acquire his location. Emil Blonsky, a mercenary hired by Ross, volunteers to test Ross’ gamma-saturated super-soldier serum, becoming the Abomination, a monster which can only be stopped by the Hulk. The Hulk is later recruited as a member of the Avengers, and is unleashed against the onslaught of Chitauri invaders summoned by Loki.

Beast: The Beast’s original mutation provides him with enhanced strength, reflexes, and athletic prowess. He later uses his genius intellect in an attempt to reverse his simian characteristics, however the experiment backfires and his mutations are drastically intensified to include blue fur and razor-sharp teeth and claws. A subsequent mutation creates a feline restructure, increasing his already superhuman agility and reflexes, and provides him with regenerative ability.

Beta Ray Bill: A guardian of the Korbonite species, Beta Ray Bill is initially discovered by S.H.I.E.L.D. aboard the Skuttlebutt, the advance ship of a Korbonite fleet. Mistaking Beta Ray for an aggressive enemy, Thor battles Beta Ray and is ultimately separated from Mjolnir for a period exceeding sixty seconds. Thor reverts to the unconscious Donald Blake, enabling Beta Ray to retrieve Blake’s cane and transform (himself) into an imposing Korbonite-Thor equivalent. Beta Ray later battles Thor in the Asgardian realm of Skartheim for ownership of Mjolnir. Beta Ray narrowly gains the upper hand and saves Thor’s life, effectively prompting Odin to create a duplicate hammer with its own distinctive design, Stormbreaker.

She-Hulk: Series 02 She-Hulk is dressed in her contemporary white and purple costume with calf-high white boots. Mortally wounded, beleaguered attorney Jennifer Walters becomes the She-Hulk after receiving a gamma-infused blood transfusion from her cousin, Bruce Banner. Apart from turning her skin green, her transformation drastically increases her height and musculature. She acquires superhuman strength, stamina and durability, enabling her to pulverize most opponents. Initially adopting a demeanor similar to that of the Savage Hulk, shredding apart her civilian attire with each anger-fueled transformation, she retains most of her intellect and is eventually able to control her transformations and function as a lawyer while in She-Hulk mode. She is recruited as a member of the Avengers, and is later invited to join the Fantastic Four as a replacement for the Thing.

Punisher: Embarking on an endless quest to avenge the murder of his family, the Punisher mangles and mutilates organized crime wherever he finds it. Initially, manipulated into a short-term partnership by the Jackal, the Punisher is pitted against Spider-Man, on the basis of Spider-Man’s supposed murder of Norman Osborn. The Punisher’s firepower and combative skill enable him to easily hold his own against Spider-Man. Ultimately the Punisher’s code of honor prompts him to disassociate himself from the Jackal, the former becomes Spider-Man’s tentative ally.

Future Foundation Spider Man (variant picked at random sorry no choice): Bitten by a radioactive super-spider, the mainstream Spider-Man possesses enhanced strength, speed and reflexes, and a precognitive spider-sense that allows him to detect the presence of any non-Symbiote adversary. Mister Fantastic assembles the Future Foundation in the hopes of perpetuating humanity, recruiting a handful of beneficial characters. Spider-Man joins the Fantastic Four, fulfilling the request of the seemingly deceased Human Torch, becoming a member of the Future Foundation.

Kang: Kang the Conqueror is a historical scholar and master physicist hailing from the 30th century of Earth-616. He utilizes his time-ship as a means of entering the realm of Limbo and gaining access to all time eras and alternate realities, enabling him to assimilate new technology or subtly alter events to gain tactical advantage and future benefit. Harnessing alloys from the 40th century Kang constructs a strength-enhancing battle armor which enables him to generate holograms and force fields and provides him with a 30-day supply of air and food.

Scarlet Witch: The Scarlet Witch uses hex-based power to manipulate probability and visit disasters of varying intensity on her opponents. Scarlet Witch and her twin sibling Quicksilver are initially identified as mutants in a crowded setting and are rescued by Magneto. The siblings reciprocate by half-heartedly joining Magneto’s Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, however the Brotherhood is dissolved after Magneto is captured by the Stranger. Later, the Scarlet Witch is recruited, alongside Quicksilver and Hawkeye, as a member of the second incarnation of the Avengers.
