Each Marvel Legends 2012: Series 03 figure features multiple points of articulation, and is accompanied by character-specific weapons/accessories and one of the pieces required to assemble the Series 03 Build-A-Figure.
A blue-skinned mutant shapeshifter with a perpetual appearance of youthfulness, Mystique possessed martial arts prowess, paramilitary training, and a penchant for the acquisition and mastery of advanced weaponry. Under the name Raven Darkholme, she attains the rank of Deputy Director of the Defense Advanced Research Planning Agency (DARPA) in the United States Department of Defense, granting her access to vital military secrets and weaponry. She founds the third incarnation of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Dressed in her X-emblem uniform, Danielle Moonstar is equipped with a bow and a spear. Her psionic mutant abilities enable her to communicate with animals, and to generate images depicting the worst fears of her opponent. Following the murder of her parents at the hands of the Hellfire Club, Danielle Moonstar is recruited Professor X as a member of the New Mutants.
