Marvel Legends 2012: Series 03 - Case of 8 includes the following figures:

1x Mystique or Danielle Moonstar (Sorry, no choice)

2x Deadpool (X-Force Outfit or regular variant - sorry, no choice)

1x Dr. Doom

2x Iron Man (Neo-Classic)

1x Punisher (Red or White - sorry, no choice)

1x U.S. Agent

Mystique or Danielle Moonstar (Sorry, no choice): A blue-skinned mutant shapeshifter with a perpetual appearance of youthfulness, Mystique possessed martial arts prowess, paramilitary training, and a penchant for the acquisition and mastery of advanced weaponry. Under the name Raven Darkholme, she attains the rank of Deputy Director of the Defense Advanced Research Planning Agency (DARPA) in the United States Department of Defense, granting her access to vital military secrets and weaponry. She founds the third incarnation of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Dressed in her X-emblem uniform, Danielle Moonstar is equipped with a bow and a spear. Her psionic mutant abilities enable her to communicate with animals, and to generate images depicting the worst fears of her opponent. Following the murder of her parents at the hands of the Hellfire Club, Danielle Moonstar is recruited by Professor X as a member of the New Mutants.

Deadpool (X-Force Outfit): Wearing his red and black costume, Deadpool is equipped with a pistol, twin katana swords, and an assault rifle. Generated as part of the Weapon X program, Deadpool’s regenerative ability provides him with a subjective variant of near-indestructibility in addition to enhanced strength, agility and reflexes. This process also simultaneously disfigures him and contributes to Deadpool’s characteristic insanity. In his capacity as mercenary assassin, Deadpool is an expert swordsman and marksman, and an extensively trained martial artist. He appears in early issues of X-Force, and later, despite Cyclops’ intention to disband X-Force, Wolverine creates a new team, apart from Cyclops and the X-Men, which includes Psylocke, Archangel, Fantomex and Deadpool.

Dr. Doom: Equipped with a pistol, Doctor Doom is dressed in a white robe and gunmetal-hued armor. Victor von Doom creates a device intended to communicate with the dead, however he ignores the warning of fellow Empire State University student Reed Richards, who points out a flaw in the device, and is disfigured when the machine self-destructs. Becoming Doctor Doom, he blames Richards for the accident, and, by association, the Fantastic Four. Doctor Doom’s extensive scientific genius enables him to construct myriad devices designed to aggrandize his own power and exploit the vulnerabilities of his enemies. He frequently uses his Doombots, indistinguishable duplicates of himself, as surrogates. His computer-powered armor heightens his strength and durability, defends him against energy-based attacks, and provides him with life support measures enabling long-term survival in underwater or outer space environments.

Iron Man (Neo-Classic): Iron Man (Neo-Classic) is wearing bulky gold and red armor. The Iron Man armor is constructed as a housing for the transistorized chest plate used to save the mortally wounded Tony Stark. Modified numerous times even prior to Iron Man’s association with the Avengers, the original Iron Man Armor utilizes transistor and magnetic repulsor technology which provides Stark with flight capability, heightened strength and durability, and a variety of onboard weapons. The immensely durable Neo-Classic armor resists virtually any form of damage, however the chassis itself is cumbersome. The armor is armed with a strengthened version of the Repulsor, along with Vibration Beams and Vario-Chestbeams.

Punisher (Red or White - sorry, no choice): Series 03 Punisher is dressed in a black trench coat, and is outfitted with an arsenal of weapons including pistols, assault rifles, machineguns, and a sniper rifle. Embarking on an endless quest to avenge the murder of his family, the Punisher mangles and mutilates organized crime wherever he finds it. Series 03 Blade is wearing black body armor with a red-lined black trench coat, and is equipped with a katana sword and a sub machinegun. A human/vampire hybrid, Blade utilizes his superhuman strength, speed and endurance, and his drastically heightened senses, to slaughter pureblood vampires. Dubbed the Daywalker by the vampire community, Blade ages more slowly than an ordinary human, although he is forced to ingest a serum which neutralizes his bloodlust.

U.S. Agent: Dressed in his black Ultimate Captain America-themed uniform, U.S. Agent is equipped with a pistol and his trademark shield. Idealizing his older brother, killed in Viet Nam, John Walker fixates on heroism. He is eventually introduced to the Power Broker, who supplies Walker with superhuman abilities. He becomes the Super-Patriot, publicly challenging Steve Rogers to a duel. When Rogers retires rather than work directly for the government, Walker is chosen as a replacement by the Commission of Superhuman Activities. Steve Rogers eventually returns as ‘the Captain’, wearing a black costume and equipped a Vibranium disk. When Rogers definitively defeats Walker and reclaims the Captain America mantle, Walker retrieves the Captain’s black costume and Vibranium disk, becoming U.S. Agent, operating on behalf of the Commission of Superhuman Activities.
