Spider-Man: The Amazing Spider-Man EMC is dressed in the movie version of the classic red and blue costume. Bitten by a radioactive super-spider, Spider-Man possesses enhanced strength, speed and reflexes, and a precognitive spider-sense that allows him to detect the presence of any non-Symbiote adversary. The new movie Spider-Man has a modified origin linked to Peter Parker’s father and the latter’s partner, OSCORP scientist Curt Connors.
Lizard: The Amazing Spider-Man version of the Lizard has a more human-looking face than his comic book counterpart. In the process of creating a limb-regenerating serum based upon reptilian DNA, Curt Connors inadvertently transforms himself into the Lizard. In his transformed state he possesses superhuman strength, reflexes and speed, a damage-resistant scale hide, and a regenerative ability which enables him to replace lost limbs. He possesses telepathy which allows him to control all lesser reptiles within a mile of himself.
