Spider-Man: Dressed in the classic red and blue costume, this version of Spider-Man is firing a web from his left wrist. Bitten by a radioactive super-spider, Spider-Man possesses enhanced strength, speed and reflexes, and a precognitive spider-sense that allows him to detect the presence of any non-Symbiote adversary.
Gwen Stacy: Gwen Stacy is Peter Parker’s Empire State University girlfriend, who eventually becomes resentful of Spider-Man, erroneously believing Spider-Man to have attacked her father, Captain Stacy. The movie version is an OSCORP employee who is present when Parker is bitten by the radioactive spider.
The Lizard: In the process of creating a limb-regenerating serum based upon reptilian DNA, Curt Connors inadvertently transforms himself into the Lizard. In his transformed state he possesses superhuman strength, reflexes and speed, a damage-resistant scale hide, and a regenerative ability which enables him to replace lost limbs. He possesses telepathy which allows him to control all lesser reptiles within a mile of himself.
