According to information online, this is to be the Ultimates version of Magneto.
Marvel Universe 3.75” figures are comparable to their larger Marvel Legends counterparts in terms of aesthetic and articulation. Clad in a red and purple costume, complete with cape and distinctive helmet, Ultimate Magneto’s appearance is similar to that of the mainstream version. Ultimate Magneto formed the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants as a means of destroying what he perceives as a sickeningly inferior humankind in favor of mutant supremacy. He succeeded in outmatching the Ultimates on two occasions, and used his mastery in magnetism in conjunction with Thor’s hammer to generate worldwide catastrophes, nearly succeeding in vilifying the mutant species as a whole.
