Blowtorch: Clad in garish red and yellow regalia, Blowtorch is outfitted with a removable helmet, respirator mask and a backpack. He is equipped with a fire axe, rifle and a flamethrower. Blowtorch is familiar with all military incendiary devices and flame projection equipment, and considers the use of fire in combat to be a tactic which predates the bow and arrow.
Cobra - The Enemy: Cobra the Enemy is clad in an austere blue uniform with a black harness. He is equipped with a pistol w/silencer, a rifle and a rocket launcher. One of the nameless, faceless legions of the COBRA organization, each COBRA trooper is highly skilled in the use of explosives, infantry weapons, sabotage and the martial arts. They swear absolute loyalty to their leader, COBRA COMMANDER®. Their goal is to conquer the world for their own evil purposes.
Cobra Commander: Cobra Commander is clad in blue fatigues with a fabric blue cape, helmet and opaque silver faceplate. He is outfitted with a handful of items including a staff, scepter, dagger, saber and laser gun. Though Cobra Commander initially sought power through the acquisition of plundered money, he eventually realized that power and limitless funds would come naturally through the disruption and seizure of every nation in the world. A ruthless tyrant who promises unimaginable wealth to his massive army of mercenary followers, Cobra Commander advances his cause by virtue of advanced technology, casually annihilating entire cities and eradicating all forms of opposition.
General Hawk: Outfitted with helmet and goggles, body armor and backpack, General Hawk is equipped with a pistol, sub machinegun, and a rifle. A West Pointe graduate, Hawk extended his education to include Advanced Infantry Training and Covert Ops School. Hawk served on Cadre with the North Atlantic Range Command, and at the USA ENG COM EVR Missile and Radar Training Station.
Jungle B.A.T.: Clad in green camouflage attire, the Jungle B.A.T. features an interchangeable battle-damaged head. Accessories include an interchangeable gun, drill, pincher appendages, storage backpack, machete, rifle, and Gatling cannon w/ ammo strip. B.A.T.s are the perfect COBRA troopers. They never question orders, complain about the chow, shirk duty or surrender. They require no leave time, sick pay or benefits of any kind, and they are cheap and easy to replace. JUNGLE B.A.T.s are one of the robotic variants designed for specific environments; this version is extremely resistant to heat and humidity, and can easily find its way through thick jungle foliage.
Steel Brigade: STEEL BRIGADE troopers are the backbone of the G.I. JOE fighting force. The "grunts" of the team, they are chosen for their exceptional dedication and skills. They work hard to hone their skills so that they can move up the ranks into specialized positions. They meet every challenge with determination and enthusiasm, and eagerly go on missions where they can watch and learn from their superiors.
