A Basic Class Predacon, Snapper transforms from a green and red snapping turtle into a clawed, heavily-armored robot mode equipped with a removable back portion of shell which can be converted into a double-barreled blaster. Turbo-driven quad thrusters situated beneath Snapper’s scalloping shell armor plating provide him with monstrous speed far superior to anything implied by his deceptively ponderous appearance. Thrusting upward from tepid pools of swamp muck, Snapper overwhelms his prey quickly, penetrating and shredding the armor of even the most durable Maximals with hydraulically-hinged jaws.
