Star Wars Transformers 2010 Series 01 Rex transforms from a pale green and silver Freeco Bike into a fully-armored robot mode with distinctive blue markings and a handheld projectile-firing blaster. Based in repulsorlift technology, Freeco Speeder Bikes were a variety of swoop bike utilized by Clone Cold Assault Troopers in frigid environments. Altogether more durable and range-capable that ordinary BARC Speeders, the Freeco is outfitted with two sets of landing gears and a snow-resistant windscreen. Produced by Bespin Motors, Freeco Speeder Bikes figured prominently into the Battle of Ord Plutonia. Leader of Torrent Company, Rex served as second-in-command to Anakin Skywalker, participating in a number of noted engagements including the Battle of Christophsis, the Battle of Teth, and the Battle of Ryloth. In his capacity as commander of the 501st Clone Trooper Battalion, Rex and his men were policed by treacherous and inhospitable locales along the Outer Rim.
