Alley-Viper V1: ALLEY-VIPERS are COBRA urban combat specialists. They are armed with close quarters battle gear including blast shields, anti-armor weapons and assault tonfas. They are guarding the COBRA warehouse when it is infiltrated by G.I. JOE forces including BEACHHEAD®, who battles one-on-one with the ALLEY-VIPERS. In order to complete their training, ALLEY-VIPERS are required to test their armor against machinegun fire, perform thirty-foot jumps onto concrete, and run a hundred-meter gas-filled corridor without a gas mask.
Beachhead V2: WAYNE "BEACHHEAD" SNEEDEN is an urban combat specialist on the G.I. JOE® team. This former Army Ranger carries specialized gear and weapons including a gas mask for breathing in any environment and a U.P.R. urban plasma rail weapon. His gear and training come in handy when he battles ALLEY-VIPER™ in the COBRA® warehouse. Rigorously disciplined and self-possessed, BEACHHEAD is a former Army Ranger who thrives on adversity, fueling his resolve by running ten miles each morning, serving as an example to his fellow Joes.
Cobra Commander V2: The deviously brilliant leader of COBRA has created the COBRA H.I.S.S.® TANK, a dangerous weapon that will help him expand his empire. He is prepared for battle in a mask that uses sunlight to power his cybernetic armor. As the showdown with the G.I. JOE® team begins in the desert, he sends in his new tanks for the final attack. Though Cobra Commander initially sought power through the acquisition of plundered money, he eventually realized that power and limitless funds would come naturally through the disruption and seizure of every nation in the world. A ruthless tyrant who promises unimaginable wealth to his massive army of mercenary followers, Cobra Commander advances his cause by virtue of advanced technology, casually annihilating entire cities, eradicating all forms of opposition.
Duke V5: DUKE is the G.I. JOE® team commander. He treks into the jungle carrying weapons and gear, including a rapid-fire AMG-2J weapon system, pistol and flashlight. He heads toward suspicious sounds that are alarming nearby wildlife. He knows COBRA® forces are the cause - and that it's his job to stop them. Well-rounded and charismatic, DUKE is fluent in a handful of foreign languages. DUKE turned down a commission, nobly citing an inability on his part to "impel others to take the risks" and later became the Acting First Sergeant of the GI Joe team.
Firefly V2: Firefly Version 02 features removable gauntlets and harness, features an interchangeable head, and is equipped with a rifle. Firefly is a globally renowned saboteur and explosives expert whose identity, likeness and physical description are known to none. His connection to the Cobra organization is primarily a mercenary relationship, although he has operated on behalf of Cobra enough times that he could easily be perceived as a member of the organization. For an urban battle setting, Firefly utilizes multi-resonance structural demolition (MRSD) pods to destroy a building, deflecting the force of the blast with his titanium body armor and arm shields.
Snake Eyes V5: SNAKE EYES is the G.I. JOE team's ninja commando. As he and his wolf Timber cross the sand, he encounters his enemy STORM SHADOW®. The COBRA® ninja is heavily armed, but so is SNAKE EYES, with an electromagnetic railgun and PDV-2 personal defense variant weapons. Lowering his solar-modulating visor, he prepares for battle.
Snow Job V2: SNOW JOB is the G.I. JOE team's arctic survival specialist. He camped in the polar north for months to watch a COBRA® base and gather information. His gear includes an M.U.S.P. multi-use survival pack that he uses as a bedroll, tent and concealment for observing the enemy.
Storm Shadow V5: STORM SHADOW is a ninja mercenary who works for COBRA®. As the desert battle rages, he hunts for SNAKE EYES®, the G.I. JOE ninja and his sworn enemy. The COBRA martial arts master is prepared for battle in samurai desert armor and armed with connectible katana swords and a manrikigusari chain weapon.
