25th Anniversary: Wave 11: Zartan is equipped with a pistol, a knife, and presumably his black backpack with “creepy bearded guy” disguise, and is accompanied by the Chameleon Swampskier. This version of Zartan looks particularly promising in that he seems to incorporate elements of the original figure and Zartan’s cartoon counterpart. Zartan is a master of disguise, a skilled ventriloquist and linguist, and is capable of altering his skin color to blend with his environment.
