The Transformers Animated Deluxe Wave 04: Set of 4 includes the following figures:
1x Swoop: Transformers Animated Swoop is an overwhelmingly impressive addition to the ranks of the Dinobots. Swoop transforms into a very wicked Pteranodon, and his sleek robot mode is equipped with a monstrous magma-like flail. Swoop’s robot mode appears to support articulation at the neck, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and ankles. Originally an animatronic dino, Swoop was infused with the power of the AllSpark, evolving into a Dinobot alongside Snarl and Grimlock. Deferring to Grimlock as the Dinobot leader, Swoop, preferring the comparative peace of airborne pursuits, seems less inclined towards mindless destruction than Snarl. Swoop and his fellow Dinobots, vulnerable to the influence of inveigling spider chicks, were recruited by Blackarachnia in an ill-fated attempt to excise the latter’s organic form.
1x Sentinel Prime: Transformers Animated Sentinel Prime is accompanied by shield and lance accessories. He transforms into a blue truck with orange markings equipped with a snowplow, and bears the Cybertron Elite Guard insignia. Sentinel Prime appears to support articulation at the shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. In his former capacity as Sentinel Minor, he oversaw the training of Bumblebee, Ironhide, Longarm, Wasp and Bulkhead. Sentinel participated in the ill-fated mission on the spider planet in which Elita-1 was left behind and forced to adopt a mutant arachnid form. Sentinel’s rivalry with Optimus Prime resurfaced when the latter claimed to have discovered the fabled AllSpark. Sentinel Prime accompanied Jazz and Supreme Commander Ultra Magnus and Sentinel Prime to Earth to meet with Optimus.
1x Elite Guard Bumblebee: Transformers Animated Elite Guard Bumblebee is colored in gold black and yellow, and is decorated with Cybertron Elite Guard insignias. Bumblebee features translucent blue eyes, flip-out stingers and snap-on rocket thrusters. Elite Guard Bumblebee’s array of articulation includes the neck, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees and ankles. Bumblebee was offered an opportunity by Sentinel Minor/Prime to join the Cybertron Elite Guard. Preferring action to words, Bumblebee particularly enjoys his sleek thruster-powered sportster mode. In robot mode, he’s equipped with back-mounted rockets and flip-out stingers. Bumblebee’s boisterous exuberance overwhelms the majority of his actions, leaving no interim for fear of the treacherous Decepticons.
1x Autobot Jazz: Transformers Animated Autobot Jazz, armed with exhaust pipes that convert into double-energy nunchucks, transforms into a sleek sports car with a familiar white and black color scheme and blue and red lettering. Filling a contemporary void apparently far too bereft of karate robots, Jazz, a practitioner of Metallikato, joins the cyber-ninja ranks alongside the slightly less inundated Prowl. A member of the Cybertron Elite Guard, Jazz’s independent nature occasionally conflicts with his inability to disregard the chain of command. Though initially creeped out by humans, Jazz is enamored of the various facets of the Earth culture, zealously embracing even the worst of it. Initially Jazz accompanied Supreme Commander Ultra Magnus and Sentinel Prime, performing a tentative reconnaissance in light of Optimus Prime’s assertion to have discovered the location of the AllSpark.
