Universe Legends Wave 02: Set of 3 includes the following:
1x Autobot Jazz: Universe Legends Wave 02: Autobot Jazz is intriguing in that he’s a Legend Class figure with what appears to be a new sculpt. His sleek curviform chest plate is emblazoned with a centermost blue and red stripe bearing a red Autobot emblem. Jazz is the resident Special Operations Agent, serving as Optimus Prime’s right hand man. Jazz’s original profile cites his love of Earth culture and his penchant for dangerous missions; one such mission involved the Autobots’ expeditious impersonation of the captured Stunticons. In The Transformers: The Movie, both Jazz and Cliffjumper were assigned to Moonbase One when the outpost was unexpectedly attacked by a “ginormous weird-looking planet” that turned out to be the Dark God Unicron.
1x G2 Megatron: Universe Legends Wave 02: Megatron (G2) appears to be a new sculpt, depicting Megatron in his Earth-made tank mode complete with shoulder-mounted railgun. The bulky tank chassis is dark green with purple camouflage-style patterns. Unlike the original full-sized Gen 2 Megatron, the Universe Legends version appears to feature hip articulation. The heavily battered Megatron acquired this form after offering to provide Cobra Commander with Cybertronian technology in exchange for a reformatted tank mode configured to incorporate the railgun designed by the well-turned Doctor Biggles-Jones. The railgun drastically heightened Megatron’s power.
1x Hound: Universe Legends Wave 02: Hound, an entirely new figure, seems to incorporate elements of the Gen 1 toy with Hound’s cartoon counterpart. The jeep chassis is colored in a medium green, and features a forward-set gold star design. Unlike some of his fellow Autobots such as the typically malcontented Huffer, Hound enjoys the planet Earth to the extent that he privately yearns to become a human being. Hound is defined by diehard loyalty and stalwart fearlessness. In addition to his renowned tracking abilities, Hound is capable of generating three-dimensional schematics as well as extremely convincing holograms.
