The 25th Anniversary: Wave 9: Snow Serpent is accompanied by a nameplate base. The Snow Serpent is clad in a light blue uniform, a dark blue vest and boots, a light blue helmet and a black mask, a white fur collar, shoulder pads and gloves; the Snow Serpent is equipped with snow shoes, an assault rifle, and a bracket-mounted rocket launcher. Spawned by the elite ranks of the Cobra Eels, Snow Serpents undergo a six month cold weather course above the Arctic Circle, and are subjected to an array of specialized training including airborne operations (under arctic conditions), anti-tank procedures, and the use of snow shoes, skis, and kayaks.
