The 25th Anniversary HISS Tank is a sleek black vehicle with a slightly elevated carriage and two bulky triangular treads; the HISS features an opening canopy, and a rotating turret mounted with two cannons. A well-armored, well-armed and reasonably fast-moving vehicle, the HISS Tank is a quintessential manifestation of Cobra weaponry. HISS Tanks are mass-deployed during engagements, and are the favored transports of noteworthy Cobra personnel such as Destro and the Baroness. The HISS Tank is accompanied by Rip-It. Tank Commander Rip-It is clad in a blue uniform with silver gauntlets and segmented boots, a red breastplate bearing the Cobra emblem, and a black helmet with a silver visor. Rip-It is a pariah among the majority of the Cobra ranks, although he is renowned for his uncompromising viciousness and destructive capability.
