Similar to the Galactic Heroes, these 2” figures should have limited articulation. These child-friendly characters are more benign superheroes and supervillains.
Superhero Squad Series 08: Set of 8 should include the following:
1x Ben Reilly Spider-Man & Carnage: Ben Reilly Spider-Man is clad in a variant version of the classic Spider-Man uniform. Slightly larger than Spider-Man, Carnage is clad in a red and black-swirled symbiote costume from which ropy feelers and extended in various directions. Carnage is the king of death: there is no symbiote higher. Carnage’s countenance is twisted by a leering grin.
1x Spider-Man & Hobgoblin: Spider-Man is clad in his classic red and blue costume, and is posed to battle one of his more malignant adversaries. Clad in his orange and blue costume, the Hobgoblin is mounted atop his devil-faced exhaust-spewing goblin glider and armed with a pumpkin bomb. Framed by a conforming hood, the Hobgoblin’s monstrous countenance is dominated by dark beady eyes and a deathmask smile.
1x New Thor & Ares: The New Thor is clad in a winged helmet, silver armor, black costume and a red cape; the mighty Mjolnir is brandished with a coruscating whorl of translucent blue energy. Ares’ expression is slightly angrier-looking than what one might expect to find among the ranks of the Superhero Squad community. Ares is clad in golden centurion-style armor, and is equipped with a massive sword and axe.
1x Wolverine & The Hand: Wolverine is clad in samurai-style gear complete with a katana and scabbard; the battle-ready Wolverine is poised with his left hand claws extended. The Hand, a masked figure, is clad in a red and grey ninja uniform. The Hand’s left fist is equipped with gold spike-studded dusters; he’s equipped with a brandished katana and back-mounted scabbard.
