Quicksilver’s green costume is marked by a lightning bolt design. Quicksilver is the super-powered offspring of Magneto. Quicksilver’s original ability allowed him to run at the speed of sound. Consequent augmentations of his power enabled Quicksilver to manipulate his atoms to a degree sufficient to facilitate a temporary jump forward into the future.
