25th Anniversary - Wave 8 - Cobra Commander With M.A.S.S Device Crystal is clad in a blue uniform complete with silver faceplate, removable helmet, and is equipped with a laser gun and M.A.S.S. crystal. The M.A.S.S. device allows Cobra to teleport matter to any location; the device functions by means of three extremely rare catalytic elements, and requires the Relay Star Satellite. Commandeering the satellite, Cobra demonstrates the power of the device by displacing the Eiffel Tower. The GI Joe team’s decision to build another M.A.S.S. triggers a race between the Joes and Cobra to harvest the remainder the prerequisite catalytic elements.
