Based upon a non-working game controller, Twitcher F-451 is a green and black repaint of Autobot counterpart High Score 100; he transforms from an innocuous-looking game controller into a bulky gorilla-like robot. Twitcher F-451 is a cruel master in the process of ascertaining and exploiting the weaknesses and vulnerabilities of a given adversary. The twisted and depraved Twitcher is cited as using his fellow Decepticons as test targets in his cruel game of exploitation.
