The 3" Titanium 2008 Wave 3 - Baron Fel TIE Interceptor is accompanied by a display base bearing the Star Wars logo. The TIE Interceptor is a somewhat superior to the standard TIE. The spherical cockpit chamber seems to be essentially the same, but the wing panels are now inverted and the panel gaps allow for increased peripheral sight. After being gunned down by the Alliance, Baron Fel indicated a flawed façade on the part of the Empire, and expressed an interest in defecting to join the Rebellion.
