The Cobra Officer is equipped with a rifle, a knife, and a gold chest harness. The officer’s blue uniform features Cobra insignias at the chest and sleeves. Most likely, these two guys wouldn’t be sitting next to one another in the Cobra mess halls. The accompanying comic book is listed as being among the Marvel Comics story arc during the Larry Hama tenure.
