Highline 1070 is a deep red repaint of Speed Dial 800. is one of the many devices granted robotic life by the intense power of the Allspark. Highline 1070 is, for a cell phone, extremely well articulated. His head is fitted with a kind of oversized lens for a Cyclops effect; the humanlike lower portion of his face is defended by two curving plates. He has insectoid pinchers rather than hands. Anyone with whom Highline 1070 has contact is added to Highline’s target list. He takes a special interest in Decepticons, marking them and tracking them until the perfect ambush opportunity reveals itself.
