The 3” die cast/plastic Titanium Blackout features limited articulation and a Decepticon emblem base. This version of Blackout has an appearance slightly different than that of the Voyager Class Blackout but more similar to the version shown in the movie; this lankier-looking Blackout is sculpted to include the rotorblades as a handheld weapon.
Blackout is the Decepticon loyalist of the group. Having previously served as Megatron’s right hand, Blackout rankles frequently under the tentative leadership of Starscream. Blackout consequently suspects Starscream’s self-serving ulterior motive in the latter’s attempt to relocate Megatron, although Blackout seems to fall short in his attempts to usurp Starscream’s authority. Blackout’s outsize dimensions and straightforward aggressiveness are counterbalanced by his symbiotic partnership with Scorponok.
