Zoom Out 25X looks cool. He’s equipped with a pair of pinchers, a pair of outcropping wings, and an ocular scope with a red lens. For a video camera, Zoom Out 25X is extremely well articulated. Zoom Out 25X is one of a number of Earth machines given sentient life by the power of the Allspark. Aside from being a stoic Decepticon warrior, Zoom Out 25X is cited for “inhuman” patience and his willingness to remain in place for as many days or weeks required to catch someone during an inopportune moment. Then, to compound matters, Zoom Out 25X will subjectively edit and manipulate the footage into a scenario even more embarrassing. He does this kind of work not necessarily in the interest of the Decepticon cause, but more out of morbid amusement.
