A Cobra Trooper, or simply a COBRA, is trained to use varying explosives and firearms and most importantly swears nearly mindless allegiance to Cobra’s fanatical leader, Cobra Commander!!!!!

Destro: Enemy Weapons Supplier: This version of Destro is loyal to the facial aspect of the metal mask, capturing details like the red interior of the upturned collar and the patina on the rocket-mount metal gloves. Destro is armed with a deadly MARS (Military Armaments Research System) briefcase; if you ask him to open the case YOU WILL DIE. Lacking Cobra Commander’s fanaticism, Destro simply provides the Cobra organization, the highest bidders, with high-tech arms.
Storm Shadow: Cobra Ninja: Maybe the most inspired figure in the assortment, capturing the essence of Storm Shadow and outfitting him with an entire assassin arsenal---katana swords, wakizashi knife, bow and quiver of arrows. Hailing from a long line of skilled assassins, Storm Shadow is apparently adept in virtually all types of ninja mysticism and weaponry, trained to scale walls and endure (and probably inflict) the most unthinkable varieties of pain.
