This might well be one of the coolest Transformers of all times. The Fallen is based upon his War Within/Dark Ages appearance. The Fallen features a nameplate with an image of his own flame-limned countenance rather than an Autobot/Decepticon insignia. Flames are imprinted along The Fallen’s back plates, and the varying chinks in his armor radiate a matching yellow. His alternate tank mode translates into a bulky robot mode with gauntlet-mounted cannons. His bulky chassis is appropriately scorched and cracked. The Fallen’s helmet is marred and dented, his flame-yellow eyes set within darkness overlapped by a facial grill similar to that of Bombshell.
The Fallen was among the original thirteen Transformers created by Primus. The Fallen, however, had an eye for the forbidden fruit and decided to defect to the Unicron faction. When Unicron was defeated, The Fallen was cast down and banished. Later, the Fallen would return to Cybertron, a massive flame-spewing nightmare. The Fallen intended to perform an arcane ceremony designed to resurrect Unicron. Towards this end, The Fallen recruited the three dabbling occultists Bugly, Bludgeon and Mindwipe. Unfortunately for The Fallen, his malignant scheme caused Primus to wake up on the wrong side of the bed, at which point The Fallen suffered Primus’ incendiary wrath.
