Disturbingly enough, Gragra is apparently female, a monstrous creature with dimensions similar to those of the Cellar Witch from Evil Dead 2. She has a thick pinkish hide spiked with small horns or chitin, and a broad tooth-lined maw set in permanent rictus. Over her diaphanous dirt-brown garments she wears a ragged leather butcher’s apron. She comes equipped with a crude axe and a string of neon-green victuals from her stand in the cosmopolitan Mos Eisley marketplace.
Gragra seems to be a permanent fixture in the marketplace community, slicked with gore and probably smelling pretty ripe as she presides over her wares. Once she nearly skinned a caterwauling Jar Jar Binks when he tried to grab a bite without paying first. The Star Wars supplemental material states that Gragra in fact cultivates her food source below in the sewer---voted the healthiest and most popular restaurant in Mos Eisley for the last three years. Next time you’re in town, stop by for a tasty antiseptic burger.
