Now in the Cybertron continuity, Mini Cons are being reissued and assigned Autobot or Decepticon allegiances as opposed to their own subgroup.
In this case, Scrap Iron, the Decepticon, appears to be a repaint of Aeroscope, who originally comprised a portion of the Requiem Blaster. Better colors this time, which is the case with a lot of these Mini Con revamps. Also, very cool, there’s a Decepticon insignia imprinted somewhere on this guy.
Grindor is a repaint of, well, Grindor. He formed one of the components to build Energon Perceptor. Since it looks like his two fellow components will also be released amidst this Mini Con renaissance, you should be able to build a Cybertron Perceptor this time around.
