Now in the Cybertron continuity, Mini Cons are being reissued and assigned Autobot or Decepticon allegiances as opposed to their own subgroup.
Blastcharge, the Decepticon, seems to be a repaint of Payload, one of the three components required to assemble the Requiem Blaster. Seems like everything is moving towards an evil version of the Requiem Blaster, which would be pretty cool.
Highwire is a repaint of High Wire, another of the components to build Perceptor. Additionally, in the Energon line, High Wire was given a larger size (somewhere between a Standard and a Deluxe) and partnered with Kicker.
