It’s always cool when they bring new Decepticons into the fold, and here we have one of the newer recruits on the Cybertron front. This guy, Shortround, is a kind of air boat in vehicle mode, capable of high velocities, always ready to churn water into the face of any Autobot looking for fight. He’s got cool colors and shows a pretty high level of articulation.
Apparently, Shortround has a case of puppy love where fellow Decepticon Thunderblast is concerned, and this is understandable, since she is really the only female Decepticon around and seems like she would be a babe by Transformers standards.
You can tell by his photo that Shortround has an abiding contempt for all things around him. Being diminutive both in name and stature, it’s easy to picture Shortround with a belligerent Rumble mentality, overreacting and picking fights on a constant basis, or driven to jealousy when he catches fellow Decepticons trying to use their “A” material on Thunderblast.
