Ricochet is a repaint of the mold for Smokescreen and Silverstreak, and since this is one of the best molds they’ve done, it’s a good thing. Ricochet has a cool look and a cool color scheme. He hasn’t really been introduced into the Alternators continuity, although he does add yet another number to the overshadowing Autobot ranks.
I would imagine that, by now, Shockwave and Ravage are turning a little sullen, waiting for reinforcements of their own only to see everyone heading over to the Autobot camp. Shockwave’s eye dims with disgust, as guzzles down a shot glass of fermented energon and waits in vain for a Wildrider or a Breakdown, anybody at this point.
In the process of pointedly snubbing a smoldering Shockwave, Ricochet demonstrates his sleek chassis, complex robot design and high level of articulation, which are all fortunately indigenous to all Alternators. Also, Ricochet has a cool gun, which is of course is integrated and concealed while in vehicle mode. Pretty much, if you like Smokescreen, if you like Silverstreak, you’re going to like this guy.
