Swerve is a very impressive repaint of Clocker, but has very little in common with his more benevolent teammate. Swerve is a brooder, a bad sport, highly competitive. He likes to show up and cause trouble at all the Speed Planet racetracks, picking fights, hitting on Override, getting loaded on Energon and nursing his monster hangovers the next day. He’s walking the line, brother, walking the line.
His color scheme is reminiscent of his other Universe/Alternator namesakes. In vehicle mode, he’s a futuristic speeder. In robot mode, he’s got a sullen expression and a high level of articulation, one of the tougher-looking Autobots in the Scout class. His Cyber Key function enables the twin barrels on his platform blaster, but mostly swerve prefers the speed angle, putting his enemies in his dust.
