Digitally scanned from mint 3 3/4” Kenner originals and reproduced in scale to the rest of the jumbo Kenner line. Nothing has been overlooked. Roto and injection molded and made of durable plastics, this fully-articulated jumbo figure includes a faithfully reproduced blaster.
That’s not all, this classic Kenner creation comes packaged on a 1977 Star Wars-inspired blister card, featuring original front and “20 back” artwork, in a re-sealable plastic outer clam shell to help protect and display!
An Aqualish lowlife and hired gun, Ponda Baba is standing at the bar alongside his equally loathsome colleague, Dr. Evazan, when Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi enter Chalmun’s Spaceport Cantina. Almost immediately Baba and Evazan begin bullying Skywalker to goad him into a fight. After Evazan formally confronts Skywalker, lodging threats both on his behalf and that of the increasingly agitated Baba, Obi-Wan Kenobi quickly intervenes. Kenobi unleashes his lightsaber, quickly dismembering Ponda Baba’s arm.
