Watto is sculpted with film accurate precision and is depicted intently pondering the Chance cube and wondering why it didn’t roll his way. This limited edition comes just in time for the re-release of Star Wars Episode 1 in 3-D! Hand numbered and packaged with a matching certificate of authenticity.
A Toydarian life form, Watto originates as an Ossiki Confederacy soldier, however subsequent injuries cause him to journey to Tatooine, where he learns to trade with the Jawas. He eventually establishes Watto’s Shop in Mos Espa, and becomes a slave-owner, acquiring the young Anakin Skywalker. Watto becomes a Podracing aficionado, securing his own seating box at the Mos Espa Grand Arena. He bets often on Gardulla the Elder, and, later, recognizing Anakin’s inordinate skill, enters the young Skywalker in a handful of podraces. He later bets against Anakin in the Boonta Eve Classic, opting for Sebulba instead, and loses him (Anakin) to Qui-Gon Jinn.
