The Balrog Wall Mount measures 12” x 8” x 12”. The Devil of the tenebrific Moria pantheon is distinguished by overt ghastliness. The tooth-filled maw is rimmed with thick yellow tusks. The tiny, glowering red eyes are inlaid alongside the arcing ridges of sweeping inverted horns. The Balrog, succeeding in unnerving and dispersing the grim Moria orcs, plagued the Fellowship of the Ring as the group struggled through moldering archways and tentatively crossed the crumbling bridge. It quickly became evident that the smoldering demon would either outpace the group or bring down the bridge before the group could clear the far side. Gandalf made a thunderous stand against the Balrog, plying his power against that of the flame-spewing demon. Abruptly the bridge gave way beneath the Balrog, drawing the demon into unplumbed darkness. Gandalf was allowed only a moment of assuagement before he was entangled in the Balrog’s spiraling flame whip and dragged into the depths in the demon’s wake.
