The green-skinned Jade is dressed in a white and dark-green costume. Fathered by Alan Scott, Jade is capable of naturally producing the same green lantern energy generated by the Green Lantern power ring. At the outset of Brightest Day, Jade, having been previously reanimated as a member of the Black Lantern Corps, is wholly resurrected and restored to her default form. Jade is initially manipulated by the power-imbuing meteoric Starheart, and later, learning that the Starheart has gained control of Alan Scott, allies with the Justice League against the various surrogates utilized by the Starheart.
