These fully-authorized, hand-painted lead figurines are sculpted by master craftsmen and based on original pieces of Marvel artwork. Each 3 1/2" figurine is individually numbered, comes stamped with the Marvel official logo, and comes packaged in its own box. The accompanying magazine provides a detailed history and background on the featured character, including exclusive images and interviews. The fabulous characters featured this month are Cannonball (#149) and Triton (#150).
Triton is a member of the Inhumans’ Royal Family. Exposure to Terrigen Mist transforms him into a green-skinned sea creature with a dorsal fin and webbed hands and feet, capable of breathing water and withstanding deep sea pressure. He is initially relegated to a specially-designed portion of Attilan, although he eventually acquires a breathing apparatus which allows him to function on land, and later a water circulation system which allows him to venture beyond the Great Barrier and serve as a scout for the Royal Family. He later bands together with other water-based characters, forming the Deep Six, and participates in a search for the Sub-Mariner.
