These fully-authorized, hand-painted lead figurines are sculpted by master craftsmen and based on original pieces of Marvel artwork. Each 3 1/2" figurine is individually numbered, comes stamped with the Marvel official logo, and comes packaged in its own box. The accompanying magazine provides a detailed history and background on the featured character, including exclusive images and interviews. The fabulous characters featured this month are Hobgoblin (#100) and Baron Zemo (#101)!
The original Hobgoblin, wealthy fashion designer Roderick Kingsley, gains access to a secret base once utilized by the original Green Goblin. Though initially lacking Norman Osborne’s strength-enhancing formula, Kingsley uses the other equipment stored within the secret base to become the Hobgoblin. Kingsley ultimately acquired the aforementioned enhancement formula, initially tested the compound on his thug, Lefty Donovan, manipulating the latter into temporarily becoming the Hobgoblin, however Donovan is defeated by Spider-Man. Kingsley subsequently uses the strength-enhancing formula on himself and became even more powerful than the original Green Goblin.
