Based on the likeness of actor Jeremy Renner, the 7” Marvel Select Avengers Movie Hawkeye Action Figure features 16 points of articulation. Scaled alongside other figures in the Marvel Select Avengers series, Hawkeye is accompanied by an environmental base, and is presented in oversized collector packaging.
Hawkeye’s preferred weapon is the longbow, utilizing ordinary arrowheads or an array specialized arrowheads such as grapnels and explosives. In the Thor movie, when the disoriented and de-powered Thor invades a S.H.I.E.L.D. facility to reclaim Mjolnir, Hawkeye appears briefly as a likable S.H.I.E.L.D. sharpshooter who is impressed by Thor’s tenacity. He is later recruited as a member of the Avengers, pitted against Loki and the latter’s alien invader allies, the Chitauri. After Loki’s initial capture, Hawkeye temporarily succumbs to Loki’s mind control and assists other mesmerized agents in the sabotage of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.
