One in a series of Transformers Bust Banks, the Optimus Prime Bust Bank measures over 7” tall, and is designed to recreate the aesthetic of the Gen 1 Transformers cartoon. Optimus Prime was stoically burdened by the task of preserving the war-ravaged Cybertron, and was next forced to shoulder the welfare of Earth when the Autobot/Decepticon war spilled beyond Cybertron. Initially establishing an Earth base among the wreckage of the Ark, Prime and his fellow Autobots acquired human friends, and, often in defense of those same earthlings, carefully countermined a number of bizarre schemes on behalf of the conquest-crazed Decepticon leader Megatron.
