These sets each include an individually boxed 4” figure along with a 20 page magazine with an illustrated history of the respective character. Mister Fantastic is clad in his standard blue uniform. Though Mister Fantastic figures are often categorized by ponderous salt water taffy poses, this version is reasonably restrained. With just the left arm extended, Mister Fantastic is positioned atop a base stamped with the Marvel insignia.
Reed Richards’ exposure to cosmic rays imbued him with super-elasticity. Apart from his ability to stretch and reconfigure, Mister Fantastic is resistant against a wide spectrum of physical attacks and virtually all conventional weapons. Additionally, Mister Fantastic is equipped with one of the more impressive scientific minds in the Marvel universe, which, given the presence of highly organized supervillains such as Doctor Doom, is fortuitous.
