These sets each include an individually boxed 4” figure along with a 20 page magazine with an illustrated history of the respective character. Ultron is cool because (A) he’s a super android and because (B) if you do beat him in a fight he simply rebuilds himself and because (C) Ultron is intent upon the eradication of the human species. A bulky android with an almost insectoid countenance, Ultron is positioned atop a base stamped with the Marvel insignia.
Ultron was originally a creation of Henry Pym, though however, contrary to android’s intended purpose, Ultron became self-aware and logically resistant to the idea of wasting his time as a gloried version of Robot from Lost In Space. Instead, Ultron assembled his own league up supervillains, battling the Avengers, although eventually his general contempt for humanity precluded even super-villainous associations. Ultron sports an Adamantium exterior, and commands an arsenal of powers including but not limited to superhuman strength, mind control and flight capability.
