These sets each include an individually boxed 4” figure along with a 20 page magazine with an illustrated history of the respective character. The Black Cat, sleek and sultry, is clad in a domino mask and a slinky black uniform decorated with tufts of fur. Obviously depicted in the act of putting the hot chick whammy on some mooning adversary, the Black Cat is positioned atop a base stamped with the Marvel insignia.
At one point, the Black Cat had an ability to manipulate probability and transmit bad luck, blunder and accidents to those around her. Spider-Man eventually began to suffer these effects, and when he had Doctor Strange remedy the problem, the Black Cat’s abilities unexpectedly evolved into a series of superhuman feline attributes. Eventually she lost those powers as well, but managed to equip her costume with various gimmicks and devices that essentially synthesized the lost attributes.
