These sets each include an individually boxed 4” figure along with a 20 page magazine with an illustrated history of the respective character. This is the classic version of Thor with his original costume. Complete with winged helmet, billowing red cape, and the mighty hammer Mjolnir, Thor is positioned atop a base stamped with the Marvel insignia.
Initially, in order to help teach Thor the one virtue that he lacked, which was humility, Thor was sent to Earth and saddled with a half-life as a mortal human. In order to transform into Thor, he struck his cane against a solid foundation, at which point the cane assumed the form of the legendary Mjolnir, a mystic weapon that heightened Thor’s vast strength and durability. Thor continued to serve as a champion of Asgard while alternately becoming a superhero defender of Earth.
