This version of Storm appears to be depicted in her more stylized X-Treme X-Men costume, featuring a cape, thigh-high boots, and wrist-bound streamers. She’s positioned atop a base stamped with the Marvel insignia.
Storm’s mutant abilities allow her to manipulate precipitation, temperature, lightning---all weather conditions, some varieties of pollution, and even a small array of space-borne conditions. Apart from overtly controlling the weather, she seems to wield a certain level of unconscious power as well. Individual of her mutant abilities, she’s a practiced thief, a formidable hand-to-hand fighter, and is extremely easy on the eyes.
