This is Captain Picard in his standard uniform, done in show-accurate colors with the venerable golden breast insignia intact. Like the other figures in this line, he’s well articulated and will ostensibly come equipped with various communication and weapon apparatus.
As commander of various Enterprise versions, he has run afoul of many of the more malevolent strains of alien life, managing to persevere and distinguish himself continuously as a heroic character and a capable leader. One notable series of conflicts involves Picard and his war with the Borg. His hatred for the Borg was intensified after they captured and temporarily assimilated him, transforming him into the emotionless mouthpiece Locutus. This storyline spilled onto the big screen during First Contact, in which Picard was forced to deal with the Borg yet again, and also in which he suffered recovered memories of the malignant and apparently affection-starved Borg Queen.
