Frank Frazetta's Sun Goddess Statue measures approximately 13” and 9” tall, is fully hand painted, limited to 2000 pieces, and is packaged in a full-color box with an accompanying certificate of authenticity. Frank Frazetta’s Sun Goddess was presented as lavish cover artwork for Eerie #87 (1966) and Vampirella #7 (1970). The dark-haired caramel-skinned Sun Goddess is sparsely clad in barbaric baubles. A dagger clenched in her right fist, the goddess is posed with her arms outspread and her face aimed heavenward. The Sun Goddess’ sybaritic contours are lushly complimented by the proximity of her hulking saber-tooth guardian. Poised menacingly along a lower tier of the statue’s coarse rock foundation, the coppery-hued saber-tooth is emphasized by bristling tusks and glowing green eyes. An extension of this opulently primordial dynamic can be found in the pages of Frank Frazetta’s Death Dealer: Book 3: Tooth and Claw, embodied by the mesmerizing Noon, the cat queen, and the monstrous saber-tooth, Chyak.
