The BLACKEST NIGHT continues in mini-bust form!
Each month in 2011, DC Direct releases a mini-bust featuring a character from the hugely popular DC Comics' epic BLACKEST NIGHT.
Sinestro Corps Member Arkillo continues the HEROES OF THE DC UNIVERSE: BLACKEST NIGHT bust line! The sculpture features Arkillo atop a special base that displays the spectrum of lantern symbols.
The bust is hand-painted, cold-cast in porcelain, measures approximately 6" high x 4.25" wide x 4.25" deep and is packaged in a 4-color box.
Limited Edition.
Clad in his distinctive Sinestro Corps uniform, Arkillo is situated atop a base bearing bas-reliefs of the other lantern corps symbols. Serving as a Sinestro Corps drill sergeant, Arkillo was among the first of the villains recruited by Sinestro. During Sinestro’s absence Arkillo challenged Mongul’s claimed leadership; in the ensuing duel, Arkillo was overpowered by Mongul. Enraged to the point of indiscriminate savagery, Arkillo finally receive some satisfaction when Sinestro returned and quickly replaced Mongul as the rightful leader of the Sinestro Corps. Ultimately, Arkillo was one of many warriors who allied against the threat of the Black Lantern Corps.
