Unwaveringly loyal to the Joker, Harley willingly battles any opponent, even including Batman, on the Joker’s behalf, and is typically capable of confounding her opponents with unpredictable acrobatics and an array of gimmick-loaded and improvised weaponry. During the Blackgate Prison transfer, Harley Quinn neutralizes Arkham’s security, enabling the Joker to gain control of the asylum.
