Measuring approximately 7.5” tall, the Blackest Night Series 07: Sinestro Corps Arkillo features multiple points of articulation, is accompanied by character-specific accessories and a faction-themed display base, and is presented in 4-color clamshell blister card packaging. Equipped with a yellow power battery, the monstrous tusk-laden Arkillo is clad in his Sinestro Corps uniform, complete with grisly severed tongue necklace. Serving as a Sinestro Corps drill sergeant, Arkillo was among the first of the villains recruited by Sinestro. During Sinestro’s absence Arkillo challenged Mongul’s claimed leadership; in the ensuing duel, Arkillo was overpowered by Mongul, the latter of whom ripped Arkillo’s tongue from his mouth and forced him (Arkillo) to wear the tongue as a necklace. Enraged to the point of indiscriminate savagery, Arkillo did finally receive some satisfaction when Sinestro returned and quickly replaced Mongul as the rightful leader of the Sinestro Corps. Ultimately, Arkillo was one of many warriors who allied against the threat of the Black Lantern Corps.
